This Privacy Policy explains how MONZA SAL, the official authorised VOYAH dealer in Lebanon(“MONZA SAL”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

This website does not have a contact or enquiry form and does not collect personal information through forms. When you choose to reach us directly — by WhatsApp, phone or email — you may share details such as your name, phone number, email address, the model you’re interested in, and any notes you add. We also process standard technical information (such as server logs) needed to operate the site securely. When you tap a WhatsApp or Instagram link on this site, we record which page and model you were viewing and your browser type in our customer system, with no name or contact details attached.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your request — to contact you, arrange an appointment, answer your questions, and provide information about VOYAH vehicles and services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

WhatsApp and messaging

WhatsApp is one of the main ways to reach our team. When you message us through WhatsApp, your message is delivered through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Messages on Instagram and Facebook

MONZA SALruns the Instagram and Facebook accounts of its three brands: VOYAH Lebanon (Instagram @voyahlebanon, Facebook “Voyah Lebanon”), MHERO Lebanon (Instagram @mherolebanon, Facebook “M HERO Lebanon”) and Monza SAL (Instagram @monzasal.official, Facebook “Monza SAL Official”). When you message any of these accounts, our team reads and answers you in our messaging system, which shows the conversation directly from Instagram or Facebook.

Your messages stay on Instagram and Facebook. Our system displays them from there and keeps no copy of what you write, or of your photos and files. It keeps only a small record: that you messaged, which of our accounts, when, the ID that Instagram or Facebook gives you for our account, which of our ads, posts or stories brought you (if any), and which of our car models you asked about. Your name and profile picture are shown when Meta shares them, but are not kept.

We use this to answer you, to arrange visits, test drives and service, and to understand which of our posts and ads bring people to us. If you give us your phone number, we use it to check whether you are already a MONZA SAL customer. One team looks after all three brands, so we may see that you have written to more than one of them. Our team reads and answers your messages. Software may help organise conversations and suggest replies, but a person decides what is sent.

That small record is stored with Supabase, on servers in the European Union, and our system runs on Vercel. Your messages themselves are held by Meta under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We keep the small record while we are in conversation with you and for up to 12 months after your last message. If you buy or service a vehicle with us, we keep the records we need to look after you and your vehicle.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics — Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and which models are most viewed) and to monitor the site’s loading performance. These are cookieless and measure trends in aggregate.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel in privacy (“consent”) mode: by default they run withoutstoring cookies, and they only set analytics or advertising cookies after you choose “Accept” on the banner. If you decline, they stay cookieless. The Meta Pixel helps us measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information only as needed to fulfil your request or our obligations — for example with the manufacturer in connection with a vehicle, warranty or recall matter — and where required by law. Service providers that host our systems, such as Supabase and Vercel, handle information only on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to serve you and to meet our legal and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
